This document provides a suggested list of possible bullet points for discussing HP OpenView Operations Manager with datacentre operations / bridge users.
All too often the datacentre / bridge staff are excluded from any enterprise monitoring project work that is undertaken, and we recommend you engage with this critical team within your organisation as early as possible to ensure they are aware of the work that is being done and what the capabilities of the tools are.
This will ensure that datacentre / bridge users are included in the monitoring discussion and it helps promote a feeling of inclusion and knowledge sharing which can only help any monitoring implementation project.
