With large organisations there can be tenders for work, due diligence, pricing negotiation, and numerous contractual arrangements.
Whilst I want to provide my services to you, I appreciate that sometimes this needs to be supplemented with someone working directly within your business, for your business. I offer a selection of people I know directly, and can recommend highly, so why not hire them now?

I can fully appreciate using a consultancy company to help get you started on your Enterprise Monitoring journey, but don't let them run the show.  I have seen companies agree contracts with high costs, unrealistic timescales and clauses that violate security policy, and still the delivered systems were not fit for purpose.  This is unacceptable.  My advice is to use a consultancy company strategically, and commit to employing technically able and passionate people directly within your organisation to support your Enterprise Monitoring programme.
