  • Define notification requirements & strategy

  • Deliver phase II solution

Phase III - Recommended Completion Criteria >

  • Define performance management requirements & strategy

  • Define reporting requirements & strategy

  • Define service management requirements & strategy

  • Deliver phase III solution

Summary >

If you can achieve all of this as part of your Enterprise Management Solution you are in a small minority.

We have seen few organisations deliver a complete phase I solution, less have fully implemented a phase II solution, and we have not seen 1 organisation deliver a complete Enterprise Management solution covering phase I, II and III.

Many organisations do not address all components of the solution, either with disparate teams not integrating with the overall solution or with core areas not being considered at all.

For information on possible Enterprise Management scenarios, their advantages & disadvantages, along with some examples of where some organisations have done things differently, with negative results, please refer to our case studies.
